General Issues In The Flow Builder

This article provides general troubleshooting tips for common issues encountered when using the Flow Builder (chat flow editor).

1. Use a Modern Browser:
We recommend using an up-to-date browser like Google Chrome, as this can resolve many issues. Ensuring your browser is current often fixes problems automatically.

2. Try a Different Browser:
If issues persist, switching to another browser can be effective. Many problems stem from local cache issues, which may be resolved by trying a different browser.

3. Navigating Large Flows:
If you're struggling to navigate a particularly large or complex flow, you can zoom out using your browser's zoom function. In most browsers, this can be found under the "View" menu, where selecting "Zoom Out" multiple times can help. While we don’t currently offer a native zoom feature in the Flow Builder, using your browser’s built-in zoom is a handy workaround for now.

We’re actively developing an improved Flow Builder that will simplify navigation for larger flows.

4. Simplify Your Flows:
We recommend keeping your flows as streamlined as possible. Use AI blocks to handle more complex tasks and consider incorporating "Loop" blocks to avoid repeating elements, which can otherwise result in unnecessarily large and complex flows.
